Having grown up in Maine, Katie has a deep love and connection with local communities and
all the state has to offer. Katie first began her real estate career back in 2006 when she
joined her family’s real estate business. She stepped away from real estate to pursue an
opportunity in international development and went on to build a successful career with clients
on multiple continents. After more than a decade of constant travel, Katie yearned to return
home. She came back to real estate because more than anything Katie is a builder of
community and connection and that’s what real estate is all about. Plus, it’s in her DNA!
Katie is dedicated to helping clients buy or sell single family homes, condos and multi units.
She uses her deep connections and lifelong knowledge of the ever changing real estate
landscape to benefit each client relationship and every real estate transaction.

Nothing brings Katie more joy than helping someone realize their goals, including guiding
them to find their dream home or investment property. She is committed to developing
strong relationships with her clients through active communication, client advocacy, and a
shared curated vision.

Katie lives at the beach in Scarborough allowing her to spend as much time as possible in,
on or near the ocean. To her, the coast is what makes Maine so special, which is one reason
why Katie volunteers her time serving on the Maine Coast Heritage Trust Leadership
Council. At MCHT, Katie works to keep the Maine Coast accessible to communities, to
protect vital habitats for climate resiliency, and to protect the future of our waterfront
industries.
